Restaurant Kmansa, which opened on November 2024, 11 in Lake Kawaguchi, is a restaurant with an excellent view of Mt. Fuji right in front of you. Spices are skillfully used to bring out the sweet flavor of Fujizakura pork 100%, and the demi-glace sauce is handmade from scratch using stock extracted from pork extracts such as liver and tongue, creating a unique harmony.
The sweetness and subtle acidity of the raisins go well with this sauce, and the accompanying bread isBakery & Cafe ESOLASet of raisin bread.
There is also a seafood doria with large scallops, shrimp, and salmon. The seafood is cooked raw in the oven, so the flavor of the seafood comes through directly. The original homemade bechamel sauce made with spices and white wine shows off the power of French cuisine.
Chef Oishi Masanori was also involved in the launch of Tabi no Eki and was responsible for developing the hugely popular sweets "Traveling Pudding," "Ohisama Jelly," and "Milk Jam." As such, the sweets here are also outstanding.
