This is a set lunch menu at an izakaya that prides itself on its extremely fresh seafood, and in addition to tuna bowls and seafood bowls, the menu includes "rare tuna cutlet," which is tuna stuffed with wasabi and deep-fried rare.
The "tuna rare cutlet" is a popular menu item from the previous restaurant of the owner, who for many years demonstrated his skills at a seafood-focused izakaya, and many customers visit the restaurant specifically for this dish.

The grilled fish set meals such as mackerel and atka mackerel looked delicious, so today I ordered the grilled silver salmon set meal. The set meal comes with a small side dish, salad, rice, miso soup, and pickles, and is both nutritious and filling. I'm happy that it only costs 1,100 yen.

The plump and fatty silver salmon is topped with the refined flavor of Saikyo miso, which is fragrant and flavorful! It goes well with rice, of course, but it also goes well with sake.

As you'd expect from an izakaya set meal, the miso soup and side dishes are also delicious ♡ Today's dish is thinly sliced ​​sweet potato with a mayonnaise flavor, which is so tasty it's hard to believe it's a side dish.
