"CHEERS!" is attracting attention in Tsuru City as "a famous restaurant serving authentic gourmet burgers!". It is a much-talked-about restaurant with burger and donut banners fluttering about that opened on August 2024, 8 in Tanokura, Tsuru City.

Once inside, there are counter seats and table seats, so you can enjoy takeout or eat in. There is also Wi-Fi and power outlets at the counter seats!

Apparently CHEERS!'s original burger is incredibly delicious, so today I'll be enjoying the "Cheeseburger", which is this original burger with cheddar cheese, along with fries and a drink set.

A hearty patty with a great meaty taste is served on a special crispy, fluffy bun! The 100% beef patty is a blend of minced and hand-chopped meat, and tastes just like a steak! It's not just a "burger," it's a meat dish.

The three homemade sauces - tomato sauce with the aroma of basil and oregano, burger sauce with the refreshing sourness of relish, and the refined sweetness of honey mustard - bring all the ingredients together. The jagged fries that come with the set are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, so you won't be able to stop eating them.

I was also attracted by the long churros, but then I discovered something called a bun cream donut and decided to try the strawberry cream one.
Once an order is placed, cream is poured into each donut, and a crunchy caramel coating is applied to the surface. As the owner, Noriyo Omata, says, "Because these are donuts from a hamburger restaurant, we wanted to have some fun with the appearance as well," they look just like burgers!

The special handmade dough is fried at a low temperature, so it's not greasy and is fluffy. The light and fluffy cream with a subtle sweetness brings out the sweet and sour flavor of the strawberry flavor sauce. It's so delicious that you can finish it all in one go, even after eating a whole burger.
