Yumura Kinseiken Café is located on the corner of the intersection opposite Tokiwa Hotel in Kofu City. It opened on November 2024, 11 as a franchise store of Kinseiken, famous for its Yamanashi local sweet "Shingen Mochi."

Not only can you purchase Kinseiken products, but you can also sit at the counter or a table and relax and enjoy original sweets made from Kinseiken's snacks. In the display case, a wide variety of dorayaki, made with Kinseiken's dorayaki skin and bean paste, are lined up in a row, making for a visually stunning sight!

The most popular item is the Matcha Mont Blanc, which is freshly squeezed one by one after receiving an order.

You can take it out, but if you eat in, you get a fresh Shingen mochi for the same price, so it's a great deal. The deep richness and flavor of the Mont Blanc, made with Uji matcha from Kyoto, tickles the sensibilities of adults. What's more, when you enjoy it with Cocktail Do's original blend of coffee that goes well with Japanese sweets, you can enjoy the richness but with a refreshing aftertaste.

Among the many dorayaki available, this dried fruit dorayaki is a must-try. The light cream made from mascarpone and fresh cream is lavishly filled with chopped dried fruit, enhancing the refined sweetness of the bean paste. The sticky, creamy sweetness of the dried persimmon makes this a uniquely delicious treat.

The soft serve ice cream made from 100% raw milk from Kiyosato Milk Plant and the original cream anmitsu are the best, with the bittersweet "coffee agar" that locks in the deliciousness of coffee! Enjoy with the brown sugar syrup that comes with the drink if you like.

Among the many delicacies that can only be enjoyed at the cafe, the "Warm Mitarashi Dango" is a must-try. Unlike the take-out version, this is only available for eat-in.

The warm, fluffy and chewy rice dumplings are garnished with yuzu pepper and shichimi pepper, and are so delicious you'll become addicted to them.
There are three large dumpling skewers, but the wide variety of flavors makes them easy to eat.
