Every year, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa livens up Christmas celebrations with beautiful cakes and lavish hors d'oeuvres.
With the concept of "A special Christmas for you", the Christmas collection will be released in 2024! So this time, we enjoyed the Christmas mood a little early ♪ We will also introduce the special menu that will be on sale for the first time this year.

The 2024 Christmas collection will include 11 types of cakes, a "Christmas Party Set" with 17 types of dishes, as well as menus that will brighten up your dinner table, such as "roast chicken" and "panettone."

First, we tried three carefully selected dishes from the "Christmas Party Set" prepared by Chef Yamamoto, the Western cuisine head chef at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa!
The menu includes delicious meat dishes such as the moist and tender "Special Sirloin Roast Beef" and the melt-in-your-mouth "Smoked French Duck and French Foie Gras Millefeuille." The "Pizza Margherita" is also served fresh on the day, which is a plus.

Additionally, at Cafe Brioche in Gaspard & Lisa Town, chef Hirose, who sells a variety of breads and pies, has created the "Meat Pie," a luxurious dish that combines a crispy pie with Koshu wine beef, Fujizakura pork, and fragrant porcini mushrooms.
"Panettone," which is fluffy and baked using "natural lemon yeast," will also be available again this year, following on from last year!

And the main attraction of Christmas is of course the cake. There will be a wide selection of cakes, from classic cakes created by Chef Miyamoto, the top pastry chef at Highland Resort, to cakes exclusive to 2024.

This year's limited-edition lineup includes three machines: "Ecume Fromage," which means "irregular bubbles," "Adure," which uses the highest quality chocolate with 66% cocoa content, and "Marron Feuillete," which allows you to enjoy plenty of chestnuts from pie to cream.
Be sure to check out the chef's carefully crafted cakes, available only at this time of year.

The chocolate flavored "Stollen" that was launched last year is a perfect match with the original spice blend and the crunchy nuts! This will be delivered in a cute wooden box original to Highland Resort, so look forward to it ♡
