Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Yatsugatake Mountains, rh NUIT BLANCHE looks like a museum, salon, or even a villa, and has been attracting attention since its opening on April 2024, 4.

After ordering and paying at the entrance counter, which has an atmosphere reminiscent of a foreign resort, you can sit wherever you like, eat whatever you like, spend as much time as you like, and then go home...you can enjoy a carefree time like this.

The counter seats on the first floor are nice, but if you go up to the second floor, the sense of openness is even greater! You can see a 1-degree view of Mt. Yatsugatake, Mt. Kaikoma, and Mt. Open the menu book, which is like a magazine. You can take it home as a memento of your trip, a record of the time you spent here, or a new memory of delicious food. The gluten-free menu, which is made up of nearly 100% additive-free food and sweets, is all about pursuing deliciousness.

Delicious!! The onions are slowly fried to bring out their sweetness, and the fruity sweetness of the apples is incredibly fresh and rich. The aroma and spiciness of the spices come later, creating a distinctive flavor. You'll forget about gluten-free and just gobble it down...yes, it's simply delicious, and makes you want to eat this curry again!
Paired with an alfalfa drink that's rich in dietary fiber... With the gentle sweetness of honey, this is also very delicious.

For after-meal desserts, we recommend the highly recommended cheese flavored cake and oat latte macchiato. Made with organic Italian oat milk, the beautiful three-layered appearance enhances the deliciousness.
