The long-awaited accommodation facility "7c Villa & Winery" located between the symbol of Fujikawaguchiko Town, "Tabi no Eki Kawaguchiko Base," and Fujikawaguchiko Town's first winery, "7c | Seven Cedars Winery," will finally have its grand opening on July 2024, 7. With the service concept of "Exciting for you and me," the facility is filled with things and experiences that can only be experienced here and now.

"Located next to wineries and vineyards, you can relax like in a villa while getting a close feel for grape cultivation and winemaking." This type of accommodation is called a "Winery Villa."

7c Winery's winemaking motto is "Grapes grown at Lake Kawaguchi" and "shining a spotlight on grape growers." They visit the fields to measure sugar content and acidity, and actually look at the grapes grown by the growers to consider fermentation methods and imagine the type of wine they want to make. In order to make the most of the characteristics of the grapes, they brew wine in separate tanks and barrels of a size appropriate to the amount of grape harvested by each grape grower, and at the maturation stage they sometimes find wines that resonate well with each other and blend them together.

In the lounge exclusively for guests, you can fully enjoy the pairing of 7c's wines and food, which are made with such craftsmanship. For dinner, they use carefully selected ingredients and serve charcoal-grilled dishes such as rare Koshu Chateaubriand, Koshu wine beef, and char from Yamanashi Prefecture. The time spent in the lounge enjoying wine while looking out at the Chardonnay vineyards is sure to satisfy not only wine lovers, but also those who want to enjoy a relaxing adult holiday.

7c Villa & Winery's landscape concept is to create a landscape that blends in with nature and allows the earth to breathe. With many trees planted, it has a garden-like atmosphere, and at the back, the guest rooms are spread out like a hideaway.

There are a total of 9 rooms, including 1 modern twin rooms and 10 modern suite, all of which have open-air baths and private gardens. Every detail has been carefully considered, with the size and position of the windows being carefully considered, and the ceilings getting higher as you go further into the rooms, allowing you to feel even more close to the mountain nature.

Breakfast is delivered to each room in an original box designed to resemble a wine crate. Surrounded by nature, you can start your day with a glass of 7c wine in an extraordinary space (you can also change to grape juice).
