As a "café that serves as an entrance to nature," we started with the idea that people can spend a relaxing time in nature, even if they don't have time for a tent or overnight stay!

At the cafe, in addition to coffee, you can also enjoy specialty foods such as donuts, curry, and hot dogs, so order yours right away! The system is to order and pay in advance, secure a seat, and then go pick up the product once it's ready.
Since it is an "outdoor book cafe", there are many books placed in the center of the wooden deck with tents and chairs, so you can spend your time reading.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy at the time of our interview, but there was still a spectacular view of the Kofu Basin.

Sit on the deck and enjoy a ``not-spicy spiced curry with lots of chicken'' while looking out at the spectacular view. The owner's mother's secret curry is well-seasoned but not spicy, making it very easy to eat. The tenderly stewed chicken is packed with flavor and is exquisite!
The accompanying salad uses home-grown vegetables and seasonal vegetables.

The shop's recommended donut is plain. By using Kaihonoka and kneading pumpkin into it, it becomes fluffy and chewy.
The donuts are carefully handmade, taking three days from fermentation to baking, and have a gentle sweetness and texture that is irresistible. In addition to plain, there are four types: kinako, cinnamon, and custard.

Among the wide variety of drinks available, the ``Italian Blend'', which is purchased from ``Mima Coffee'' in Nagano Prefecture, is recommended for its dark roast, low acidity, and refreshing aftertaste.

Alcoholic drinks are also available at night, and it can also be used as a bar. Why not try roasting marshmallows over a bonfire while looking at the night view, enjoy conversation, or spend an extraordinary time at a cafe in the great outdoors?
