Speaking of the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art, it is located in the vast Art Forest Park, which has sculptures by Taro Okamoto and Rodin, centered around the symbolic Big Apple, and is a beloved spot for walking. Surrounded by the lush greenery of such a park, you can enjoy meals and sweets in a relaxed manner.
There was a great value set that included today's soup and your favorite drink for an additional 600 yen with the main dish, so this is what I decided on for today's lunch.
For the main course, we chose cream pasta made with plenty of Akebono soybeans, which Yamanashi is proud of, and for the drink we selected a dry ginger ale made with homemade syrup.
The potage is mainly made with seasonal vegetables, and you can fully enjoy the flavor, taste, and aroma that can only be found in an alleyway. The simple seasoning is packed with the concentrated flavor of vegetables.
The pasta noodles are made with fresh pasta, making them chewier and richer in wheat flavor. The fresh pasta mixes well with the cream sauce made from crushed Akebono soybeans, creating a cohesive dish. The crunchy texture of the mushrooms and the salty taste of the ham will keep you going until the last bite.
I'm already pretty satisfied, but I don't want something sweet, so I added a seasonal fruit pudding parfait.
Old-fashioned firm pudding has a nice firm texture. Although the bitter caramel sauce plays a supporting role, it plays an important role in highlighting the deliciousness of the pudding. The seasonal fruit is now peaches.
Recently added to the menu is this one from Minami Alps City."Bakery Louvre"A hot dog made with bread. Among them, the recommended one is in Uenohara City."Hayari Terrace"``Koshu wine beef chili dog'' with coarsely ground long sausages flavored with marjoram.
Smooth mashed potatoes are topped with bolognese made by simmering Koshu wine beef and aged Yamanashi wine Muscat Berry A for a long time, making this a meal worth having. Even though it's called a chili dog, it's mild, so even people who don't like spicy food can eat it.
