``White bread to the ears'' was developed in collaboration with Maruto Yamanashi Bread, a long-established bakery in Yamanashi, through repeated tastings. Because it is baked slowly and slowly at a low temperature, it is soft, moist, and has a pleasant texture.
The lightly toasted sandwich takes the hotel-made taste to an even more luxurious level.

Furthermore, two new food items have been introduced this spring: ``Hot Sand'' and ``Bolognese.''
The hot sandwich is made with "white bread up to the ears," and the ears are crunchy and fragrant, and the texture is completely different, allowing you to enjoy a different flavor. The ingredients change depending on the season, but at the time of our interview, the Japanese-style flavor of chicken, cheese, and tomato combined with teriyaki sauce was quite innovative.
The original bolognese made with Fujiya Hotel's Neapolitan sauce, which has been loved for a long time, is also delicious!
