LILY bake&coffee will open on January 2024, 1 in a quiet residential area in Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
This is a take-out specialty store that sells baked goods and home-roasted coffee.

The shop is open three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, and at the time of opening, it will only be selling baked goods, but they plan to eventually offer hand-drip coffee that goes well with the baked goods.
I'm looking forward to pairing the coffee, which the owner, Takahiro Majima, is particular about, from bean selection to roasting, with the baked goods handmade by his wife, Arina.

All of the sweets are full of flavor and only moderately sweet, with no unnecessary ingredients added to allow you to simply feel the flavor of the ingredients.
This fluffy and chewy black tea chiffon cake is made with plenty of richly extracted Earl Gray and fragrant tea leaves, making it extremely elegant!
There's marshmallow inside the bittersweet cocoa cookie! The soft dough and fluffy marshmallow texture go perfectly together.

LILY's signature scones and financiers should be eaten on the same day they are baked.
These scones are made with fermented butter and homemade salted malt, and have an irresistibly delicious crunchy layer that resembles a mille-feuille. The outside is crispy and not too hard, and the inside is just right...you'll fall in love with this original texture and flavor.

The surface of the financier is crispy and fragrant, and when you take a bite, the butter oozes out, giving you a moist, high-quality adult flavor.

The simple and cool wrapping that is typical of LILY is also very nice, so it would be useful as a gift!
