Mr. Wada, the owner of the shop, who greeted us with a wonderful aura.He moved to Yamanashi two and a half years ago after gaining experience at the confectionery shop "Sunday Bake Shop" in Tokyo.
It is said that "totemo store" is derived from the initials of the three pets' names "to, te, and moyo".

This time, we will introduce the take-out baked sweets "Kyoho and Walnut Crumble Cake", "Kiwi and Blueberry Almond Cake", and the drink "Plum Spice Soda"!

“Kyoho and Walnut Crumble Cake” is a rich and light butter cake that goes well with sweet Kyoho grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture.It seems that they are particular about adding no additives as much as possible, and use millet sugar to create a gentle sweetness.
The texture of the cookie dough on the bottom and the crumble of whole wheat flour and walnuts on the top are accents.

Next, "Kiwi and blueberry almond cake".

The cake, which is cut into large pieces, is moist and fluffy, and the sourness of the rumbling blueberries goes well with it.
