"EON Coffee Roasters", which opened in September 2022 in front of the intersection at the entrance to the Iida Campus of Yamanashi Prefectural University, is already bustling with people.

The scent of roasted coffee invites you into the store.

You can enjoy specialty coffee and scones in the atmosphere of a hideout, lined with vintage antiques.

For the coffee, they carefully select green beans from each country that are suitable for roasting, and offer home-roasted light to medium-light roasts.

In addition to plain scones, there are a wide variety of scones such as figs, black tea, and oranges, all of which look delicious!

These scones are small and easy to eat, and the price is reasonable, so they are often sold out in the morning.You can not miss this…!

We especially recommend the Shine Muscat scone sandwich, which uses plain scones.

If you take a bite of Shine Muscat, which has been compoteed with white wine, along with the refreshing yogurt cream, you will be enveloped in a mellow sweetness.

In addition, marron sandwiches are also available for a limited time during the fall season.
There are two Japanese chestnuts with the scent of rum in the chestnut paste, which is very luxurious!
