Hiroshi Yabuki, a young boulanger who originally had a business in Saitama, chose Yamanashi as his new location and decided to take a chance.

Ms. Yabuki's bread, which is carefully selected from only organic, pesticide-free, and chemical fertilizer-free breads, has a deep sweet taste and a wonderful aroma, and is full of breads that you will want to give to your loved ones.

All breads are made with fresh whole wheat flour milled with a stone mill in the workshop, and are slowly fermented and aged.

The bread, which is carefully finished with carefully selected ingredients without hesitation, is easy to digest and prepares the intestinal environment.

Among them, the most recommended are the “Shiromaru” (1 yen per piece / 440 yen for half) and the “Chocomaru” (220 yen for one / 1 yen for half).The dough that contains a lot of water has a fluffy texture and is surprisingly soft!

Chocomaru is a blend of two types of chocolate, 60% and 37% cocoa, and has a slightly bitter taste that is perfect for grown-ups.

Sweet bread is also an excellent lineup.

Iyokan Peel and Earl Gray Black Tea from Machachen, Aichi Prefecture are a mix of fluffy and refreshing citrus scent and black tea scent, and the taste will delight your sense of smell.

Cube-shaped cream buns with rich homemade custard cooked with fresh eggs from Yamanashi's Kurofuji farm, and chocolate cream buns with 60% cacao chocolate added to this custard are also very popular.

No matter what you eat, it's delicious, so you'll want to conquer all of them.
