As the name suggests, the appeal of Les Rêves Salon de Thé's cream puffs is that they have a quick expiration date of just 5 minutes, and you can enjoy them freshly made on the spot at their most delicious. Squeeze a generous amount of custard cream onto a freshly baked choux, and enclose two carefully selected strawberries from Yatsugatake. Add the strawberry sauce that comes with it before you eat it, and enjoy the process of making it as if it were a feast.
