"SPICE CORNER", a take-out specialty store for Indian curry, opened on December 2021, 12.

This curry, which is based on Indian home-cooked food prepared by the owner, aims for a timeless taste that can be eaten every day.

There are three types of menus: veggie curry lunch (900 yen) and non-vegetable curry lunch (1,000 yen), and two types of curry lunch (2 yen) that you can enjoy both.

The contents can be enjoyed on a weekly basis, and it is attractive to be able to enjoy different curries depending on the region, such as the bean and vegetable curry that is popular in South India and the fish curry in the Bengal region in northeastern India.

The veggie curry on the day of the interview is the sambal of eggplant and eggplant, which can be said to be the daily food of South India, and the non-vegetable curry is chicken keema.
Both of these are hard to put on!So, I greedily selected two kinds of curry lunch boxes.

Rice is a blend of "basmati rice", which is said to be the highest peak of aromatic rice, and Japanese rice.Harmony with Japanese rice, it has a moderate scent, and you can enjoy a crisp texture, which makes Japanese people happy.

We are also focusing on side dishes, and there are plenty of handmade side dishes, and this alone will make the rice go!
